Not long after high school, while working in the construction industry, Dale was given the opportunity to manage the production side of a roofing company. He found this opportunity to be ideally suited to his personality as he enjoyed relating to people, desired to work outside, and wanted to work in an industry that allowed him to provide high quality workmanship. In 1980 he opened his own company, Tadlock Roofing and has had the privilege of serving the community of Tallahassee for over 35 years.  

On a local level Dale was the president for the Capital City Roofing and Sheet Metal Association and is a member of Celebration Baptist Church where he has sat on the board of trustees, as well serving on several committees.

West Edwards

General Manager

West is a sixth generation Tallahasseean and has been married for 24 years to his wife, Renee. They have two boys,  Dylan, 17, and Mason, 11. West feels that being a dad is the greatest gift.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1989 and started working with Tadlock Roofing in March 2004; his prior employment experience includes jobs in construction, restaurant management, State Government, and the software industry.

"I finally landed where I belong,” he says, “and I enjoy working at Tadlock more than in any other previous position." 

West is articulate and passionate about educating his customers to make the smartest decisions that meet their goals.  You’ll find him sharing that education on Tadlock’s Roofing University on YouTube channel.

Stan Baston

General Manager - Jacksonville

Stan learned a lot about teamwork and the importance of delivering when it matters most during his career as a professional baseball player. He also worked his way up through a business from entry level to ownership by sticking to a simple recipe of hard work and relentless customer service.

Stan brings that same determination to Tadlock Roofing, where he says he is blessed to work with some of the finest people he has ever met.  His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a passion for faith, family and work, helps Stan learn from every challenge to better serve his customers and colleagues.

Stan has been married to his wife, Katie, for 10 years, and they have two daughters, Allison, 7, and Emily, who was born earlier this year. As much as he loves work, his faith in Christ and desire to lead his family through life's journeys maintaining faith, trust, compassion, kindness, and hard work, are his true priorities. It is his desire to lead by example and inspire those around him.

Brad Klees

General Manager - Panama City

Brad is happily married to his wife, Denise.  Together they have three children, Jay, 20, Morgan, 9, and Walker, 7.  

Brad is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and has experience in commercial as well as residential sales.

Brad is honored to be a member of the Tadlock team and loves having the opportunity to work with one of the best roofing companies in North Florida.

Jena Tadlock-Enfinger

HR & Production Coordinator

Jena Tadlock-Enfinger is the Production Coordinator and HR Coordinator for Tadlock Roofing. She is 27, the second daughter of Dale and Pamela, and has been with the company since 2006, when she began as an assistant.

Her goal is to work as part of a team to provide the best possible customer service and quality of work, and to work within the company to help everyone improve both personally and professionally.

Leanne Murphy

Bookkeeper - Tallahassee

Leanne came to the Tadlock team two years ago after meeting and getting to know Dale and his wife, and hearing the company’s mission and vision.

Leanne believes that it is important that Tadlock customers feel they have a company they can trust for all of their roofing needs. In her role behind the scenes, she strives to foster a trusting relationship with the every customer.

It is Leanne’s personal mission to leave a place better than it was when she arrived, and she believes that all people have a personal responsibility to leave a positive impact on their communities; she says that being part of the Tadlock team allows her to do that.

Lise Phlegar

Office Manager - Panama City

Lise came to Tadlock Roofing from a large specialty retailer, where she has spent the last 21 years cultivating her excellent customer service skills.

She is married to her husband of 25 years. They have a 16-year old son who is a great student and an excellent athlete. 

Lise is happy to be a part of the Tadlock Family and is looking forward to cultivating and building the Trust between the Panama City Location and our customers.

Meagan Nixon

Office Manager - Jacksonville

Meagan is a Tallahassee native, graduate of Florida State University and recently married to her highschool sweetheart, Matt Nixon. At FSU Meagan studied Mass Media Communications Studies and went on to work at CNN Headquarters in Atlanta as a Video Journalist before making her way into public relations and marketing.

Jumping tracks, Meagan has joined the Jacksonville branch as Office Manager, where she’s excited to take on the Jacksonville market by drawing from her past professional experiences to network with an array of companies and boost awareness for an organization she believes so much in.

Dudley Crowe

Sales Consultant - Tallahassee

Dudley grew up in Athens, GA.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. He is married to Jackie and they have two beautiful children, Benjamin, 15, and an adopted child from South Korea, Chalee, 10.  

Dudley enjoys basketball, football, golf, mountain biking and hunting, but what he loves the most is spending time with his family. Dudley also attends Four Oaks Community Church.

He moved to Tallahassee in 2003 and says it's the only place he loves outside of Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Thomas Catalano

Sales Consultant - Tallahassee

Thomas is a Tallahassee native and says he is one the few people he knows who wouldn't mind living in Tallahassee the rest of their lives. He graduated from Lawton Chiles High school in 2006, and received an Associate's degree from Tallahassee Community College. He is a newlywed and is currently working on the completion of a literature degree at Florida State University.

Thomas works as a Sales Consultant for Tadlock Roofing and likes helping to provide the customer with the protection systems they deserve. “Tadlock provides the perfect mix of office and field work,” he says “along with the ability to get to know people from the Tallahassee community.”   

His favorite part of working for Tadlock Roofing is their sterling reputation, which makes his job easier because customers already regard Tadlock as the best roofing company; he is proud to represent a company that has set its sights on best serving customers.

Matthew Nixon

Sales Consultant - Jacksonville

Matthew married the love of his life, Meagan, in October 2014. He attended Florida State University where he studied religion and built his passion for not only the pursuit of knowledge but also the greatest football team in all the land.

Matthew and his wife are big foodies and thoroughly enjoy the time they spend with their families. Their favorite place to be is anywhere with sand between their toes, but they love to return to the basics on their annual primitive camping trips.

One of his favorite quotes, which has meant more to him as time passes, is "work hard, play hard."

Allen Harris

Sales Consultant - Panama City

With over 30 years of experience in the building trade, Allen has worked as a senior construction superintendent and as the the owner of a commercial glass company in Knoxville, TN, with extensive projects that included East Town Mall, the Louise Mandrell Theatre, and the Dolly Parton Home in Pigeon Forge.  He later worked at HammerTime Renovation in Tallahassee, FL.

Allen has comprehensive and multi-faceted construction knowledge and skills which gives him a broader range of understanding the roofing needs of both homeowners and commercial business owners.

Allen has considerable experience in architecture and design build, training in product knowledge, and all types of installations (commercial & residential), which provides an understanding and ability to support customer or commercial goals.  

His strengths include: the ability to run multiple jobs under extreme pressure and timelines, keeping the customer at ease with the progression of the job, guaranteeing quality performance and high standards of work while controlling cost for the customer with a budget, and negotiating equitable solutions between a company and customers in the positive pursuit of resolving problematic conditions or issues that may rise during a project with a philosophy that the customer comes first.

On a personal level, Allen enjoys the camaraderie of a teamwork environment where he can share knowledge with others to further a common goal. He has completely renovated three of his personal homes and love to spend time on the water with his wife and daughters skiing and fishing.

Brandon Allen

Sales Consultant - Panama City

Brandon grew up in Panama City, Florida.  He attended Gulf Coast Community College before entering the United States Army in July 2000. For his outstanding service to our country, Brandon was designated a “Combat Life Saver,” and received various awards including the Iraqi Freedom Medal, ARCOM Combat Infantry Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal,  and an Army Achievement Medal.  He completed the Law Enforcement Academy in 2010 and served his community as a Deputy Sheriff.  Brandon is married to Lori and they have four beautiful children, Abby (11), Hope (10), Trace (9) and Scarlett (2). 

Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and is an avid Crossfit participant in his local gym.  He is a member of Lynn Haven United Methodist Church, where he operates the sound board for each morning service.  Brandon and his family are proud to call Panama City home and especially enjoys the small-town atmosphere and strong values of his community.

Mark Uanino

Production Manager - Tallahassee

As the Production Manager for Tadlock Roofing, Mark is responsible for the scheduling, permitting, quality assurance, and efficiency of all commercial and residential roofing installations. His goal is to provide the highest quality workmanship and customer service while reducing warranty claims and product waste. As a team member of the most trusted name in roofing, Mark ensures that the highest level of integrity is maintained on every project.

Omero Rosas

Repair Production Manager - Tallahassee

Omero was born in Southern Mexico and came to the U.S. at the age of 12 with his uncle. Upon moving to Florida in 1999, he started working in the roofing industry as a roofer. In 2006 he began to work for Tadlock as a roofing crew leader and has worked his way through the company earning multiple certifications along the way. He enjoys learning new things each year and is one of the few salesmen that knows the ins and outs of each aspect of the jobs. Outside of work, Omero is a family man. He has a wife and two girls and they live on a horse boarding farm on the south side of Tallahassee with four dogs and more than 20 horses.

David Stubblefield

Production Manager - Panama City

David started as a roofer at the age of 23. It was only supposed to be temporary, to pay bills until he could later become an electrician. He started out at the bottom of the ladder, and after three years of installing various single-ply products and building up applications, David began to work for Duro Last, which taught David a lot about the roofing industry and about himself.   

After nine years with Duro Last, David was presented with yet another great opportunity: to work for Tadlock Roofing, where he is currently learning his role as Production Manager while helping out with sales and the Duro Last side of things.

David feels blessed to be where he is today. He says, “I love what I do and am very grateful to feel like I am making a difference while furthering my career.”
